Terms and Conditions:
1) Every Student / Aspirant should comply with the set rules and regulations of EKSPIFY Private Limited.
2) Student / Aspirant is expected to maintain proper discipline and decorum in the classroom / campus / venue and display decent behavior.
3) If any harm / damage / loss is caused to the Student / Aspirant during the career counselling program then in that event the EKSPIFY Private Limited shall not be responsible for the same.
4) If any Student / Aspirant fails to attend the career counselling program or discontinues the course in between, then EKSPIFY Private Limited shall not be liable to refund fees.
5) All the rights to make any changes in the time table, faculty members, and venue of the career counselling program are reserved with EKSPIFY Private Limited.
6) All the decisions related to the career counselling program will be made by the Director of EKSPIFY Private Limited and the same shall be final.
7) EKSPIFY Private Limited can use photographs of Students / Aspirants pasted in the admission form for advertisement, marketing and/or PR activities.
8) EXSPIFY Private Limited is only responsible to provide to a Student / Aspirant and thereafter it is duty and responsibility of that Student / Aspirant to select a particular career and EKSPIFY Private Limited shall not be responsible towards career choice made by the Student / Aspirant.
9) Under no circumstance, the Students / Aspirants shall hold EKSPIFY Private Limited or the Training / Coaching provider responsible if the Student / Aspirant is unable to gain any insight from the career counselling program.
10) The Students / Aspirants shall not be entitled to postponed or change the selected career counselling program, in any circumstances.
11) All the disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Disclaimer:
1) Mobile or any recording device is strictly prohibited during the Coaching / Training / Program. If any Student / Aspirant is found recording any lecture then that event EKSPIFY Private Limited shall take strict action against the Student / Aspirant and will cancel the admission without a refund of the fees.
Refund of Fee:
1) Students / Aspirants are advised to carefully go through each and every detail before seeking admission so as to avoid disappointment and financial loss as the fees once paid shall not be refunded in any circumstances.
